How the Enrichment Feature Works
STEP 1
Upload your CSV file
Upload your file to the “select CSV” tab in the CSV enrichment section.
STEP 2
Map Mandatory Data Fields
While mapping data fields, ensure that the mandatory fields are mapped for the enrichment to work.
STEP 3
Choose the Standard Fields
Once mandatory data fields are mapped, select the standard fields that you are looking to enrich.
STEP 4
Download the Enriched Database
Once the database is successfully enriched, you can download the file.

In the enrichment feature, credits are charged only for contact data such as phone numbers and work emails (1 phone number = 1 credit, 1 email address = 1 credit).
On average, a CSV file is successfully enriched in approximately 1-3 minutes, depending on the file size and number of contacts.

If the uploaded files contain duplicate rows, the duplicate rows will be skipped.
Yes. Once the file has been successfully enriched, the enriched contacts are accessible via the 'revealed contacts' tab.
No. If a contact is already revealed and stored in your account under “Revealed Contacts”, you won’t be charged again.
All enriched contacts are saved under the ‘Revealed’ section. From there, you can push the data directly to your CRM.

Yes, you can choose the data fields you want to enrich.
Once the enrichment process begins, it cannot be reversed and credits won't be refunded. Ensure the correct file is uploaded before starting.
