Please keep in mind that we don’t provide monetary refunds or compensation. Instead, we reimburse credits to your Kipplo account.

If the contact information is invalid, unreachable, or out of service, please click on the  report button  button in My Contacts tab or in Extension with appropriate feedback within 48 hours of revealing the contact. After carefully reviewing the reported contact, we will add credit reimbursements to your Kipplo account within 7 working days.
